Beautiful Bondrum farm is one of the best kept rural community centers in Skåne. The oldest parts date from 1767.
In 1972 the so-called Ravlunda farm burned down in Skansen (an open air museum in Stockholm) which caused the search for a good replacement. The choice fell on Bondrumsgården. Fortunately this caused an outcry among the local population who strongly protested. The resistance gave results. Today you can still find Bondrumsgården just north of Fågeltofta, between St Olof and Andrarum. The cow stable was built in 1767 and was preserved in its original state up until 1937. Much of Bondrumsgården is preserved from the early 1800s.
